2. Description of Service

Roota is a travel assistant that allows you to discover historical and cultural sites, create routes, and be informed about verified local businesses. The app offers free and premium subscription options.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: Offers a limited number of route searches.
• Premium Subscription: Provides unlimited searches and full access to all features.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings (Google Play or App Store).
• Business Memberships: Businesses applying through the business portal are featured on the map by paying the specified monthly fee via bank transfer/EFT. Cancellations are always possible.

4. User Obligations

You may not use the app and web portal for illegal purposes. Attempting unauthorized access to systems or submitting fake business applications is prohibited.

5. Content Accuracy

Information on historical sites, coordinates, and route estimates in the app are for informational purposes only. It is recommended to verify information with official and up-to-date sources when planning your travels.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, features, and infrastructure of the app belong to Roota.
